Acknowledgement of Minimum Security Standards for Networked Devices and for Electronic Information

The Berkeley campus requires that all purchasers and users of UC networked devices (computers, printers, smartphones, etc.) and associated software periodically acknowledge and agree to abide by the Campus Minimum Security Standards (see links in sidebar for policy and implementation guidelines).

Additionally, we require acknowledgement of your usage of restricted data and of your responsibility to secure and protect these data (see links in sidebar for types and owners).

Before picking up or receiving assistance with network equipment or software, individuals will need to have in our database your acknowledgement of the Minimum Security Standards for Network Devices and for Electronic Information. Please click the "login" button and submit the subsequent form.
